I am a Program Manager for a group home, I have several clients that live there that have developmental disabilities. We are very under staffed right now, so I have to help cover a lot of hours, hence all the overtime. Someone has to be there with them 24/7, it is a lot of work.
I honestly don't know how I post either, I feel like I don't sleep, or have time to do anything at all. I am starting to look for another job that doesn't force me to work as much, but that is easier said then done.
