We had a bear in the yard today!
...well I say yard, we kinda have three yards, we have the house yard, then behind that the barn yard and then past that it's not really a 'pasture' but it's like the cattle yard-ish...anyway it was right behind the barn, we're sitting on the step talking and it catches are eye at the same time and we're like, what is that? is that the dog, nope right beside us, what the f..HOLY CRAP! IT's a BEAR!
Dogs in the house! Jessie in the house! Cat in the house!
(the house was closer and safer then the barn) but he didn't mean or do any harm. The horses spotted him and came closer and it spooked him off. And the way the cows were acting, they were cautious but not scared, so he's been around before.
I'm just glad he wasn't out earlier today because I was walking right there without a care in the world.
