Hospital has a pension, which is something most employers got rid of long ago, so I'm grateful for that, but no, there's no 'package' per se, you're on your own figuring out Medicare and what supplementary plans you might need with it. Then again, when I first started here, they provided free health care for all employees, but they cut that out pretty quickly! (There are a LOT of employees)
I don't feel that stressed now, but I suppose I'll feel a lot less stressed once I stop working (here's hoping!) But there are always things in life happening, to stress a person out... No/less money in retirement should be a big one.
LOL, yes I saw a thing someplace that said "After 60, it's patch, patch, patch!" ;p
