Of course he must go on the quest for a cure for the Greyscale which I think will lead him to Oldtown and into Sam's sphere at the Citadel. I think somehow, don't ask me how, Sam will find a way to heal or stop Jorah's Greyscale much like what happened with Shireen. And I think he will meet Jon.
