I didn't get it at first either and thought maybe I got the counts wrong, but I think last week was super slow in the beginning (only about 30 posts until Friday) so we needed more than 70 posts over the minimum in the previous weeks to make up for it but we had about 60~ so the total was below.
But yeah, one month that already had technical problems is fine, we can make up for it again in the coming months
