it seems like they broke up IMO! And now they're saying they cut a scene?! Omg. Do these writers not know we love our ships! Hello
Voight's comment to Jay was a bit harsh but in reality, it's just straight fact. Voight has made it very clear that he doesn't want anyone dating in his department but he does acknowledge that Jay is good for Erin so if they do have conflict, Voight would obviously chose Erin over Jay.
I hope they work this out and soon! Plus I need to see that scene
