I agree. JP need to stop pretending she didn't do everything in her power to RUIN the SE relationship Season 3-6. Pretty difficult to believe she was going to go back to that. Elena was just breaking Stefan's heart in a million piece during those 3 seasons... so yeah, I'm not buying it. I would have if Season 6 didn't happen.
Even in Season 6, they had Elena remember falling in love with Damon when she was with Stefan, a slap in the face to SE fans, and were building SC relationship even than while calling SE soul friends.
So, I ain't buying it at all...
