I think it's all planned too. The 4 of them most likely talked about what they will say in case the obvious questions are asked. And even if Maisie is telling the truth, at least now she's got the fans speculating.

yep these questions were previously prepared. I've always thought that Cersei and Sansa are more likely to die this season but when Maisie said that out loud, I begin to think of its really gonna happen or not. But who will kill her if this was true??? No one but Little Finger of course. He can kill her and frame Jon for doing that so he'll get accused of being kinslayer.. North divides again..
