Okay so this project I'm actually super worried about, perhaps he just optioned it so that his production's team could have it with no real intention of shooting this if it doesn't sell well. Because that's the thing, the book is released in july so nobody has read it yet (and personally i don't think the synopsis sounds great at all). Also unpopular opinion but i'm not super excited when Ben talks about producing his own movie because i don't think that Adam (his best friend whom i'm not that fond of) really knows what he's doing... So far their success has been so so and they can do all these projects thanks to studio canal who bought shares back in april and we all know that they bought it because Ben worked closely with them several times
