I don't know how I feel about this episode. Stefan making sacrifices happens so often that I find it so boring. I wasn't moved by it. I did feel a little something when Elena told Caroline what Stefan said though.
Things that I liked: Caroline and Stefan's scene at the highschool, Stefan and Lexi, Elena with her family at the end,
and DE, the 2010 DE fan in me can't help but feel a little something for them sometimes 
But that's about it.
