Do we have an Alex/Nathan thread? I think we need one after this episode.
I'm not sure if they plan an Alex/Meredith/Nathan love triangle, but it was funny to see that she was again in the middle. Both don't like each other, maybe because of her. I think it was a jerk thing from Alex side to call Nathan a snake or to order her not to date him. It's not his decision to make. So the vibe is there that Shonda is indeed playing the love triangle card.
And in the medical case Nathan was right to replace the heart.
