That's a good point, Alice. I do want Narcisse to properly mourn Lola before he moves on with someone else. I think it took 5 episodes for Mary to kiss Gideon after Francis passed, and only a couple more before they slept together.
That felt SO fast for me... but then again, I was still grieving Francis as well.
I believe that Narcisse cared deeply for Lola... but I don't think it compares to what Frary shared. It's different.
I would be fine if it only took an episode or two before Narcisse is ready to open himself up fully to Catherine. I think it's possible for them to be HOT and build a meaningful relationship at the same time.
"Unwatchable Gideon"? I've grown to really like and respect the guy. The only thing that really annoys me about him is the fact that he hooked up with Mary.
