Just because I don't recall exactly where I read/saw this, but Marisol was a mean girl back in high school and she was romantically involved with Archie's dad, but in the end she chose a rich guy over him. She was also enemies with Betty's mom Alice, so I'm sure there's gonna be plenty of drama between the adults as well.
