His character does add a lot of lovely qualities to the show, and he has some great dynamics with many of the other characters. Though I'm sad the show doesn't always give them enough screentime.

Josh is incredibly versatile and very talented. He has a great acting pedigree and is both stage and screen trained. They haven't really used his weapons training lately. He makes the best of what he is given. But, he is underutilized. Hopefully, this spring Charming will get a storyline arc that utilizes Josh's many talents.
