You do have to pay. King of Cons is only available through Comic-Con HQ which is a pay for subscription service, their websites says their plans start at under $5 dollars per month with cancellation at any time. I am not be able to confirm nor deny this claim. They also offer free trials if you wish to try out the service first before subscribing.

I am not aware if Comic-Con plans on releasing the whole thing on YT although I highly doubt it.
Personally, I liked it, I laughed
a lot. But comedy is a subjective thing, I say check out at least the first episode and see if this is your type of comedy.
