Yes, I definitely agree with this.
I was just curious if they were intentionally changing his look a bit. I think his hair was darkened for Timeless and maybe they just didn't bother with changing it. Fandom notices stuff like this, but probably general audience doesn't notice small changes in an actor's hair, especially one they haven't seen for 7 months.
