Yeah, but has over six weeks passed since she became pregnant? Sonograms are usually not taken until 6 to 8 weeks pregnant. Before that, all an ultrasound can really do is check if you have a pregnancy outside the uterus. I guess she could be taking some blood tests and stuff, though - or OUAT could ignore the medical side of things or play it like over six weeks have passed, I guess.
