The story I read was the casting director called their house to confirm that they got the part of the Weasley twins and it was James & Oliver's mom that answered the phone. When she picked up, the director asked "Is this the house of the Weasley twins?" and she hung up.
When their mom told them, they were freaking out and was annoyed why she hung up.
They called again though, and looked for James & Oliver properly this time.
