The only other Heidi's I've met IRL have been dogs. I mean that literally. It's a popular name for dachshunds. My brother had a dachshund named Heidi - but he didn't give her the name. He rescued her from a neighbor who couldn't keep her. It was very confusing when I would visit him and suddenly he would yell, "Heidi! Get off the couch!"
