in response, Sandra, not sure if it's to related to GA or Scully but I'll just write it this in spoiler tags so it's not taking up space. It's more like related to being an "unusual?" woman?
Spoiler:
I was so confused when I was 25-30, cause I used to go to a church group for young singles (ages 19-31) in order to socialize with people my age range. Most of the girls in the group were still doing college. When I joined up, I had already graduated college, went on a missionary trip (which was unusual for girls to do so) and I was probably the only girl in the group at that point who had a real post-college job - my job in prison - and my own (new) car, making more money then the majority of the girls.
- And to go to the level of a horny male, I had.. um... boobage of unusual size too .. hello? To sound sexist, I should have gotten instant dates just for owning those knockers, haha
But guess who was getting all the dates and marriage proposals. On paper, i looked like a good prospect, what I'd accomplished by 25... but I think, appearing to be capable of supporting myself and holding my own in prison, made me look too intimidating or tough? ...I remember I used to wear a professional Scully-like skirt, blazer, business woman type dress to church compared to the other girls who wore flowery girly dresses too,
I definitely had my own opinions too, not being a crowd follower,
Men want to be the "alpha" person ?
So appearently,I need to meet a TV writer and go out with him cause the X-Files writers thought Scully was a dream woman
so much they made her fight and win against bimbo nurses, cause they love strong, smart female with opinions! If I have to be single, rather than not be a woman with opinions and being smart and capable for some man to like me, forget it,
But finding a guy like Mulder and Chris Carter who loves these traits, hello? Show yourselves,
