It's the 12th season so I understand them focusing on new faces but at the same time it's like... they seem really sure people will warm up to Adam's character.
I didn't follow the promos back when Jennifer or Jeanne joined, did they promote the characters that much? Maybe they're counting on Adam's CSI:Miami fanbase.
