Yep. You can't just thrust Bucky into the role of Cap when he hasn't earned it. Bucky himself would tell you that he hasn't earned it, that he hasn't redeemed himself yet.

Also, I wish people would stop trying to push Bucky into a relationship. Shipping is fun of course, but the last thing Bucky needs is a romantic/sexual relationship at this point in time. The man is barely himself, he can't even trust himself around himself. How do you expect him to trust himself around others?
