I know some are fan favorites, and I adore them too, like Osric for example, but I don't think we need him at every Vancon...we can switch him out once in awhile for say GIL!
This Vancon I think we only have 2 newbies, One of the horseman and Briana. Death is there too this year, but we've had him before.
