Why do you think you often have nausea at work?
Two reasons. I believe that there are two factors that play role in my nausea:

1. The stomach issues like bile and acid reflux. So basically I react strongly (read having nausea) every time I encounter smell that I can't tolerate. Usually it's about perfumes and food.
2. Spiritual reason. I might react with nausea to someone's feelings or emotions that I picked up. Or some negative energy as a whole. At least this is how I explain to myself the waves of nausea (sort of panic attack, but not quite) that I have when I'm in crowds.

I think that it's not full blown panic attack because there is no panic with me. I know that it's not serious. I know that I won't die. I am very logical and methodical when this happens from the first time it happened. I go outside, take deep breaths, listen to music and close my eyes. Basically I take control over the situation. I don't panic. That's why I think for me is more about picking up energy and stuff than actually having panic attacks and social anxiety.
