I was asking myself the same question and this is what I read from wikipedia :

They have two daughters: Birdie Leigh (born August 13, 2008), whose godmother is actress Lizzy Caplan; and Cricket Pearl (born July 3, 2013).

So maybe Michelle is Cricket's Godmother
