Yes, I do hope Ralistair is mentioned again because they were such a big deal in the end of the second season and also were referenced in S3, regarding the whole destiny thing. So, I really hope they're brought back in S4 and that we get to see a little bit more of their story. (I honestly wouldn't mind a spin-off).
