Dijon mustard
I am not a big cook neither but i can assure you that this one is quick and easy. You just need an egg yolk and oil (I use olive oil), and an electric whip for a basic mayonnaise. It takes 5mn. I can give you the recipe if you want.
Delightful with fries :yummy:
