Who knows with these primetime shows, it could all be up in the air. I mean the trailer looks good, but that can be said for a lot of shows that don't make it. Not that I'm hoping for his show to fail. It has a lot of actors that I am hoping nothing but good things for.

True a show can look and be really good but still end up dropped. I really do think that YR would consider keeping Justin on and just adjust his schedule to fit around filming for 'This Is Us'. Justin's girlfriend did just become a regular on YR so I think that'd be something that would be a positive in consideration towards him sticking around.
