I do not think you can say that in general like that because in my opinion her fans have the same reasons to love it or not like or feel it was in between than the fans of everyone else because it does not matter if count only the screentime of the characters, for everyone there were moments that were good and moments that were not very good. And I think that many fans of Regina would be have to not so much screentime and a better story and for Robin Hood not to be killed for this and then treated like they did when his wake was only a stage for them to interrupt it with the next adventure and then moving on quickly because the story with the split Evil Queen was not even about Robin Hood anymore and what he meant for Regina. So I think for Regina and for her fans it was not so much better than for everyone else.
