Graduation Night. Avalon Bay. 1945. Two young lovers are murdered during the town's annual graduation night celebration by a masked killer. All graduation parties are called off. Cut to present day 1980, and the town is over it's past and is planning on a new celebration. The killer returns in battle fatigue ready to take people out.
