Kelsey def. has a bad side, we've seen it a few times, but for the most part I think shes been a pretty good friend to Liza. I'm not sure how shed react to the news.
I think Charles would be happy to find out Liza is older. As far as Diane, I'm not sure. I think shed feel betrayed but I think shed also be somewhat happy to learn that Liza is her age.
