There are a few. But two I remember are within the same five minutes.
- Hufflepuff students talk about Harry and how they told Justin to stay in the common room since they believe Harry will go after him next seeing as he's Muggle-born.
Justin's found within that time.
- Hagrid bumps into Harry with the dead chickens and he asks what he's doing with them (I think) which is why the dead chicken in Hagrid's hands seem a bit random when he busts into Dumbledore's office about ten minutes later.
Harry does read the torn-off bit of paper about the basilisk, but the only thing ever shown in the movies are the spiders fleeing. The chickens were cut out.
That right there probably adds two or three minutes.
