Steven Seagal made his motion picture debut in this 1988 action movie. He plays Nico Toscani, a Chicago cop who is asked to turn in his badge when suspects captured in a drug raid are set free. Nico knows something big is going on and he finds himself tracking ex-CIA operatives involved in a trafficking operation and plotting a political assassination.
