I'm beginning to suspect that maybe the Camelot characters will return at the end of the B arc because then it would signify the short passing of time in the Underworld.
If the gang arrives and returns, then the Camelot gang could say it only seemed like minutes or an hour (not the weeks in real episode time).
Just a thought since the last Steveston filming, the clock tower moved all of six minutes within 3 episodes. So if stipulated that 3 episodes equal 6 minutes then the whole B side represents 24 minutes ( give/take 30 minute) journey spent in the UW.
ETA: I just posted an explanation in one of the threads on the OUAT board about this moments ago. Glad, I didn't mess up.
