Today is a good day to celebrate Stars Hollow because of Taylor's regulations. Lorelai plans to hide his cardigan in the Diner. Luke is helping to distract the townies but he accidentally forgot to turn on the oven. Caesar threw bananas in the car and drove away. Suddenly Lane jumped out of the bushes to escape Mrs. Kim. Rory decided to help Luke with his laundry. It needed some flowery scents. Meanwhile, Kirk interviewed Babette about oatmeal and she said she liked it. The new festival became the largest gathering of troubadours in ten years. Lorelai told Ms Patty to organize dancers in the gazebo and decorate Taylor's podium. They went to the bridge to put streamers and balloons for Emily's birthday celebration. A bird flew straight into the diner and stopped dancing immediately.
