She and Tori were there. And Aaron too. Now thinking of it, Tori is probably the only cast member who attended all of Jennie's weddings.
When it comes to Kelly going to Paris with Donna, I agree they would be shopping. And Kelly would have probably fallen in love with some guy there and contemplated staying out of 90210. She really needed a romance by that point.
