I understand a show addresses everyday issues that people face, but I kind of wish they hadn't given Andie the emotional issues like they did. It was never quite the same for me after that because I thought it was enough for them to show the instability of her mother and how it affected the family without giving Andie the same issues.
I think they could have still had a good story with Pacey and Andie without that because Pacey still got involved with the Mrs. McPhee mom and it would have been just as sweet to see him support Andie through all of that.
