Dutch already seemed to have a good partnership with John and he accepted that she's the boss. D'avin might not be quite so willing to take orders from her.
She doesn't appear to be the kind of lady who takes kindly to a challenge of her authority.
I foresee a battle of wills with poor John caught in the middle.
