I feel like early-forties would be too old for Hal, though. I they're going to bring him in, he'd likely be somewhere around either Barry or Oliver's age, as they would likely have long term plans for him to stay around if it is Hal Jordan. Plus, it sounds almost like he has powers, rather than boosted from a power ring.
