I'm glad you found some goodies. I try to find something for each episode that is beyond the promos and sneak peeks. After all - this is a rewatch - you've pretty much already seen whatever they are promoting or peeking. In season one, most of the episodes had a nifty "Deciphering the Scene" video. For season two it seems to be harder to find the out of the ordinary clips.

Yeah season 1 had a lot of extras on the dvds which ended up on YT. Season 2 didn't have as many extras although there were a few commentaries, some better than others depending on who did the commentary. The 'Peter' episode commentary was good as it was done by Blair Brown and John Noble, and the commentary for the season finale was done by the showrunners and Akiva Goldsman.
