They usually take about 8 days to film an episode. I would say this is probably 4x22, but they could be doing some out of order filming, so who knows?
I don't know if we'll get any more spoilers after this or not though. Depends on if it is location or studio. Even location shoots we aren't getting much from. Steveston usually gives us the most spoilers and I think they were done there after last night.
I am waiting for all the pics to start showing up. I don't know why these people think they need to sleep.
J/K, if had been up until 5am, I'd probably sleep all day today if I had the chance.
