Someone asked in the last thread why TVD has so many hiatuses. I've come across this same question on Tumblr and a person responded that it's because a season is about 8 to 9 months and since the CW's shows usually have 22 episodes, they use hiatuses to stretch the season out otherwise a season would be over in 5 to 6 months. And I guess because it also gives the actors a break from constantly filming. It's just that the CW is so bad with coordinating things. Who wants to wait 3 weeks for a new episode and then wait another 4 weeks for the next new episode only to get another hiatus for a few more weeks?
Also, I forgot who mentioned this in the last thread, but I completely agree about Candice and her sex scenes. I found the Forwood ones hot but I hate that they always make it aggressive sex so I was pleasantly surprised that SC's wasn't like that . I hope we get more slow Sterosex scenes like that in season 7 (I'm not counting on getting many, but one or two would do).
