At least they'll be on. They'll see the red flags and fix them even if it takes to awhile, just like in a real life. This is the drama crap they came up with. I called it when the description first came out about this episode.
I expect to end on a bad note but still have hope they can get through it. If they can survive all the other crap, Shonda has thrown at them, they will survive this too.
