Yeah, it's trying to strike that line between real, too much, and getting it wrong (I remember someone British once writing that a supposedly British character in some show set at a sky resort had obviously had a major accident on the slopes that mangled their accent.

I can't really hear the difference myself, but people have said Ana's accent slips from upper class posh to something else. My in-story excuse is that her mother and birth-father were new-money merchant class. After becoming a widow, her mother married lesser nobility. Ana had lessons in speaking properly but still slips from time to time. Part of her mother's problem with Ella is that Ella is "real" upper class. Lady Tremaine has the extreme class consciousness of ruthless social climber covering up the fear of not being good enough and she saw Ella as a living reminder.

Will's accent is just Will's accent.
