| I get the impression that this law was originally thought up to prevent female circumcision (a practice most Americans likely don't support), and piercing just got tacked on.
Any law preventing male "genital mutilation" would open a debate on male circumcision. How could you ban male genital piercing but not circumcision? __________________ "Before I go, I just want to tell you you were fantastic, absolutely fantastic. And you know what? So was I!"
