Yeah..it's a long one but probably easier to pronounce than strategically or nuclear (which he can't even say correctly) so that's why he's using it. Who knows..Bush & Co give their orders to their cronies and then the media gets flooded with certain words or phrases that everyone picks up.
Did you know that those of us who are against Bush are no different than the terrorists? Yes it's true.. and it comes from the Bush reps who flood the TV shows supporting him.
