| Assuming that these parents were guilty (phew, got my disclaimer there), is it just me, or are more and more parents seemingly abusing their kids these days? It seems like every few weeks, there's a story about parents mistreating their child, locking them in basements, abusing them, you know, forcing them to wear electric shock collars etc. I don't know if incidents of abuse are more common nowadays, or are they just getting more media attention?
Either way, if they did what they did, I hope they get what they deserve.
