Caitlin and Barry are not gonna hook-up for god's sake!
Though I wouldn't rule out them become a thing down the road (but not this season). It's obvious that they are playing both ships Snowbarry/Westallen. Barry and Caitlin and Barry also had their significant moments and it wasn't just for decoration. Although I expect Barry and Iris to be together at some point and even end up together, this is a tw show, they'll be penty of angst, plenty of love interests and they probably will spend more time separated until really getting together. So in between I could see Snowbarry happening (before Caitlin becoming Killer Frost). He might be in love with Iris but that doesn't mean that IF he ever gets with Cait taht it'll be meaningless. Au contraire!
