From what I hear, Belle gets a 2 minute scene every other episode. I don't know how much screen time the other characters get. I think Hook gets a lot. I always see pics of Colin filming.

He does get a lot of screen time but he doesn't do much... He just follows Emma or Rumplestilskin arround..
