actually wake up of 645 but not 6am
Work was
started off with customer service wanting something reviewed, not even 5 minutes into that had a Sup call and took me half an hour to listen to everything, in order to grant a 2nd service cause was an agents fault. Than customer service keep coming with more stuff, our administrative person took the day off cause of Thanksgiving. Couldn't even support the floor cause had so much to do, only got one thing for customer service done that wasn't immediate. Told the lady when she called, she said get to her stuff when possible. So the other sups did the majority of the work
but that stuff is new to me due to how we've got someone during the day that does it
